Two individuals, Evgeny Mosenko from the Moskovsky district and Roman Khmelevskaya from Sochi, have advanced to the finals of the "Kubani Heroes" project.

In the heart of Russia's Special Military Operation (SVO), two extraordinary individuals have emerged as beacons of courage and determination - Yevgeny Moiseiko and Roman Khmelevskoy.

Yevgeny Moiseiko, a volunteer with extensive experience in the Armed Forces, has been leading forces with great success. Under his command, nearly ten settlements were liberated, and his troops held a strategic road, repelling 15 enemy attacks. For his exceptional combat actions, Moiseiko was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland II degree, two Orders of Courage, and two medals "For Valor". The pinnacle of his achievements was being named a Hero of Russia.

Meanwhile, Roman Khmelevskoy, a military pilot from Sochi, has dedicated 20 years to service in the Aerospace Forces. During the SVO, Khmelevskoy made hundreds of combat flights while in the zone. His bravery and skill were recognised with the "For Military Merit" medal, the Order of Merit for the Fatherland II degree, the Nestorov medal, and the prestigious Golden Star medal for his combat missions.

Vyacheslav Konderatev, a local official, announced the finalists of the "Heroes of Kuban" project from the Mostovsky District and Sochi. Among the honourees are Yevgeny Moiseiko from Mostovsky District and Roman Khmelevskoy from Sochi.

Despite his recent accolades, Khmelevskoy is currently undergoing rehabilitation. Looking towards the future, he sees himself in the field of finance and economics. However, his commitment to the Motherland remains unwavering, as he intends to continue serving whenever he is able.

Moiseiko, on the other hand, has already made his mark in history. His actions during the SVO have not only secured victories but also inspired countless others. Despite his many awards, Moiseiko remains humble, focusing on the mission at hand and the continued wellbeing of his troops.

In the face of adversity, these two men have shown that the spirit of Russia's heroes lives on. Their stories serve as a testament to the courage, determination, and selflessness that define the Russian people.
