Chill, you ain't gotta call the cops just yet! Former CNN host Don Lemon along with the witty comedian Kathy Griffin sparked some serious chatter on Don's show Tuesday, peddling speculations about the 2024 election possibly being rigged by none other than the GOP.
Griffin pulled off a classic Kathy move, branding this as her "tin foil hat moment" — admittedly, a controversial take that might give a few lefties the jitters. But the unstoppable Kathy was quick to confess, "I'm Kathy Griffin, and I do not think Trump won in a free and fair election. I believe there was tampering. I don't know, I don't know if it was the Elon [Musk] connection, or just a few good old boys in the South who didn't do, you know, what they accuse us of."
Oh, don't forget the classics! Griffin's intuition's been whispering that something's amiss with the election. And while the ever-cautious Don Lemon didn't personally admit that the 2024 election was rigged, he did agree, "You're not far off... But I'm an evidence person, and I'd like to see the evidence." 'Tis a little perplexing, he said, how one knows if there's "this" or a few claims of "we've got this," don't you think?
"Right. 'This will be the last election. We won't have any elections after this,'" Griffin replied, nailing the nail on the head.
"'Vote for me, and you won't have to vote again anymore.' And also, every accusation is a confession" Lemon mused, echoing Griffin's intuition.
As if news of Griffin's controversial take could get any wilder, she's been under fire since 2017 over her oh-so-memorable "beheaded Trump" photo — a show-stealer that left watchers slightly disturbed. And if she thought that was bad, it got worse! The Secret Service paid her a little visit due to that photo being a prime suspect in a conspiracy to kill the then-president. Might be time to dust off that conspiracy tin foil hat again, huh?
And just FYI, actress Rosie O'Donnell joined Griffin in the crazy train last March when she asked, "Why the first time in American history a president has won every swing state and is also best friends and his largest donor was a man who owns and runs the Internet?" Sounds like more spoons in the conspiracy soup, if y'ask me!
'Tis all speculation, folks. It ain't definitive just yet, but there's been some weird goings-on in those hallowed halls of power. So keep your eyes peeled and your mind open, because who knows what the future may hold!
