Two detained after fireworks and stunts from a moving car shock Atyrau
Police in Atyrau have detained two individuals after they performed dangerous stunts and set off fireworks from a moving car. The driver and passenger now face multiple charges for their reckless behaviour. The incident began when the pair were spotted driving erratically through residential streets. The passenger leaned out of the window while the driver executed sharp, unsafe manoeuvres. Fireworks were also launched from inside the vehicle, creating further hazards.
Both men were quickly apprehended by officers. The driver now faces administrative charges for traffic violations, reckless driving, and allowing a passenger to lean out of the window. The passenger, along with the driver, has been penalised for petty hooliganism, illegal use of pyrotechnics in a built-up area, and disturbing the peace at night.
As part of the penalties, their vehicle has been impounded. Authorities placed both offenders under administrative arrest following their arrest. The two individuals remain in custody while their case is processed. Their vehicle will stay impounded as part of the enforcement action. The charges cover a range of offences, from traffic violations to public disorder.
