Tulsa King's Third Season to Debut on Paramount+ in September

Get ready, fans! The third season of the hit Paramount+ original series, Tulsa King, is set to premiere on September 21st, 2025. This high-stakes season finds our protagonist, Dwight (played by Sylvester Stallone), facing his most formidable adversaries yet – the Dunmires.

The Dunmires, a powerful old-money family, don't play by old-world rules. They pose significant risks to Dwight's crew and everything he's built in Tulsa. The stakes are higher than ever as Dwight is forced to fight for his empire and protect his family.

Tulsa King is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, and it's no surprise that the series has consistently ranked among the top ten original series across all SVoD platforms. In the fourth quarter of 2024, it even took the number one spot as the global Paramount+ Original Series.

The series' success is also reflected in its viewership numbers. The season two premiere drew 21.1 million global viewers, making it Paramount+'s most-watched global premiere to date. Furthermore, season two drove 159 million views, a staggering +894% increase over the previous season.

In addition to Dwight's battles with the Dunmires, the third season will introduce a new character, Russell Lee Washington Jr., portrayed by the legendary Samuel L. Jackson. Washington is a friend of Dwight from prison who is sent to Tulsa to kill him. However, things take an unexpected turn, and Washington becomes a pivotal character in the series.

Jackson's character will also star in the upcoming spin-off series, NOLA King. In this spin-off, Samuel L. Jackson moves from Tulsa to New Orleans and takes the lead role. Filming for NOLA King is set to begin in spring 2026.

The cast of Tulsa King is impressive, featuring Martin Starr, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Robert Patrick, Beau Knapp, Bella Heathcote, Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Mike Walden, Kevin Pollak, Vincent Piazza, Frank Grillo, Michael Beach, James Russo, Garrett Hedlund, and Dana Delany.

Tulsa King is executive produced by Taylor Sheridan, Stallone, Dave Erickson, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Braden Aftergood, Jim McKay, Sheri Elwood, Ildy Modrovich, and Keith Cox. Erickson also serves as showrunner for the series.

If you haven't caught up yet, the first and second seasons of Tulsa King are available to stream now on Paramount+. And for a sneak peek at what's to come, be sure to check out the trailer for season three, which is now available. Get ready for an action-packed season filled with twists and turns!
