The National Mall has been on Josh Harris's wishlist for a while now as a possible draft site. Way back in August, as he was working on securing the old RFK Stadium site for the Commanders' new home, Harris shared his exciting vision.
"You gotta think about the idea of having - and I'm not making any promises yet - but think about a draft on the Mall, and how exciting that would be, for the city of Washington, for the NFL," Harris said.
