Trump Orders Investigation into Biden's tenure: Suspects Cover-up of Health Issues and Unconstitutional Acts

Trump pursues inquiry into suspected conspiracies involving predecessor Biden

In a surprising turn, US President Donald Trump has asked for an investigation into his predecessor Joe Biden's time in office, accusing him of a sinister conspiracy that involved hiding his health status and committing constitutional breaches.

According to the memorandum issued by Trump, the Department of Justice and other agencies are tasked with examining whether Biden was intentionally hidden from the public with health issues, and if his aides deliberately committed constitutional violations. Trump views this alleged incident as one of the most concerning and dangerous scandals in US history.

Facing these allegations, the former President Biden dismisses the claims. He emphasizes his responsibilities during his presidency, indicating he made the decisions on pardons, executive orders, laws, and proclamations. Biden's statement argued that any suggestion otherwise is laughable and false.

Trump's accusations revolve around Biden's mental capacity and the use of an autopen, a mechanism used to replicate a signature. Trump claims that Biden signed important decisions using an autopen, and that it was a clear indication of Biden being unfit to hold office.

This is not the first time Trump has brought up this conspiracy theory, popular among right-wing circles. The theory insinuates that decisions made by Biden, such as pardons issued near the end of his term, were invalid because an autopen was used. Critics argue that Trump is using this theory as a mere distraction.

In fact, previous presidents, including Trump, also used mechanical signature assistance for pardons and other documents. Trump acknowledges using an autopen, but only for "unimportant papers." However, the memorandum alleges that Biden's signature was used for decisions of high importance, adding concern to the situation.

Trump has also accused Biden of pardoning serious criminals. But in a twist of irony, Trump himself pardoned all those involved in the January 6, 2021 Capitol storming just hours after the start of his second term, including violent offenders who assaulted police and prominent white supremacists who orchestrated the attack from afar.
