Hear Ya Go, Bud! Here's the Spicy Take on Trump's Judicial Nominations

Prez Donald Trump - still dealin' with judicial roadblocks in his second term - dropped a few judicial picks on Truth Social last Tuesday, and complainin' 'bout activist judges holdin' him back from kickin' out the murderous illegals on Wednesday.

"Our judicial system ain't lettin' me do my job, elected by the American voters," he barked in a post. "Time for these lawsuit-lovin' judges to let me deport the criminalsous illegal aliens, no dilly-dally!"

Trump announced Missouri Principal Deputy Solicitor General Maria Lanahan as his nominee for a sit on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, callin' her "the MAGA symbol" in a post. "I'm damn proud to nominate Edward Aloysius O'Connell to serve as Associate Judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia," Trump declared in a post on Tuesday. Trump's choices will likely face Senate confirmations, 'less they get stalled in the mud. The Senate's received many other noms durin' this period, but there's no clear timeline for the judicial confirmations. Republicans and Democrats are holdin' their breath on the process, awaitin' the outcome of Patrick David Davis' and Thomas Gaiser's appointments, among others.

Alex Nitzberg, a badass writer for our site, Digital, provided some assistance too.

[Sidenote: The timeline for Senate confirmation is not entirely clear as it can vary due to numerous factors like political consideration and the complexity of the vetting process. However, the Partnership for Public Service is closely keeping track of positions requiring Senate confirmation, noting that around 331 positions are without a nominee from Trump. The tracked total comes to over 1,300 positions, though, so it's darn complicated.]
