Trump Prevents Democrat Newsom from Ensuring Fair Elections

California Governor Gavin Newsom, who has been in office since 2019, is making waves both domestically and internationally. As the ruler of the most populous and economically powerful state in the US, Newsom has positioned himself as a strong opponent of the policies of former President Donald Trump.

Newsom's concerns about the potential 2024 election are palpable. He fears that incumbent Donald Trump may not allow a free and fair election, citing the control Trump currently has over the parliament, courts, and even the deployment of the military domestically.

The governor is disheartened by the fragmentation of the democratic opposition and criticizes other countries' leaders for their complicity in supporting Trump's policies. He accuses these leaders of trying to get through Trump's phase without taking a stand, expressing shock at the lack of opposition to Trump's actions.

Newsom's opposition to Trump's doctrine is not a new development. He has been acting as an unofficial opposition leader due to the radical actions of the Trump administration against critics in government, media, culture, and society. His protests in California were even linked to anti-migration raids coordinated by NGOs associated with George Soros, a politician who is often associated with Newsom.

Despite praising Trump's efficiency, Newsom criticizes his supporters' "vengeful" rhetoric following a fatal attack on right-wing US activist Charlie Kirk. He believes that everything is crumbling under Trump's administration, not just daily or weekly, but every day.

Newsom clashed with Trump over migration policy and the decision to send National Guard and Marines to quell protests in the Los Angeles area, which he described as deliberate lawbreaking by the federal government. He also criticizes Trump for targeting universities and scientists, making culture and institutions subservient in a totalitarian manner.

Newsom believes that an election under Trump would resemble the style of Russian President Vladimir Putin, with the appearance of an election but not fairness or openness. He expresses disappointment in the lack of resistance from other countries against Trump's policies and fears that other countries' leaders know better and are aware of the negative impact of their support for Trump.

Rumours of Newsom as a potential Democratic candidate for the 2028 US presidential election are circulating, given his strong stance against Trump and his ability to rally support in California. As the country looks towards the future, Newsom remains a formidable figure in the political landscape.
