Froggy One's Indifference Towards Space Toad: Trump on Musk - "I Wish Him Luck, Buddy!"
Trump expresses well wishes towards Musk: "May he succeed in all his endeavors"
It ain't looking peachy for the reunion of Trump and Space Toad (Musk). While the U.S. Prez is mindin' his own, he's notifyin' the tech tycoon to suck it up and wait. He's too swamped for a call and frankly, he doesn't give a hoot about Space Toad's issues.
After their public spat, President Donald Trump says he ain't got time for the peace-makin'. He's too busy tryin' to sort out the U.S. and the world's problems, he said on Air Force One. "I hope he does well," Trump stated. There's been whispers of a makeover, but the Prez ain't exactly itchin' to be mates again.
Billionaire Brawl
When questioned if he's thinkin' of yankin' government contracts from Space Toad's companies like Tesla and SpaceX, Trump was evasive. They'll check it out, but they'll do what's a fair go for the country and Space Toad[1]. Trump had suggested on Thursday that he could save squillions by sackin' contracts and subsidies for Space Toad.
Space Toad and Trump are now lockin' horns in public, followin' months of unusually cosy cooperation. The beef kicked off after Trump pushed a tax and budget law, which Space Toad ain't fond of. Space Toad wants deeper spending cuts.
Mudslingin'
The Prez tossed caution to the wind on Thursday and fired back at Space Toad's attacks, callin' him a loony tune[1]. Following days of Space Toad's criticism, Space Toad lashed out at the Prez on his X platform with numerous harsh words[1]. Prez Trump responded with barbs of his own. Space Toad also talked about formin' a new centrist party on X and let creative types vote on the idea[1]. He also suggested that Prez Trump wouldn't have won if not for his support[1].
A pal of Space Toad hinted that his anger had cooled down and he wanted to make amends with Prez Trump. Space Toad hasn't attacked Prez Trump on X in recent hours, but he's still criticizin' Prez Trump's tax plan[1]. He's again talkin' up a new centrist political party in the U.S[1].
Space Toad pipped Trump's campaign with over $250 mil' and became a trusted GOPer[1]. Until the end of May, he led Prez Trump's cost-cuttin' committee, Doge, which implemented massive cutbacks and job losses[1].
The not-so-friendly House
In the matter, the legal spat should still be lit—even if the Doge Committee's employees can already access the data in the meantime. The Supreme Court's decision was made with the majority of the six conservative justices. Three liberal justices dissented. The government also came out on top at the Supreme Court in another case, where plaintiffs demanded more transparency from the Doge Committee[1]. The conservative justices overturned the decision of a lower court that would've forced the Doge Committee to reveal certain info, including internal emails[1].

"I'm not going to say that politics is the driving force behind President Trump's actions towards Elon Musk, but it's interesting to note the recent public spat between them, which seems to have stemmed from differing views on tax and budget laws."
"Despite the ongoing feud, it's clear that general-news outlets are keeping a close eye on the billionaire brawl, with Musk's companies, Tesla and SpaceX, potentially at risk of losing government contracts, depending on the outcome of investigations."
