Trump Slams Colorado's "Unflattering" Portrait of Him: "Deliberately Distorted"
Trump acquires depiction of himself deemed 'deliberately distorted' - Trump expresses discontent over depiction of him: "Purposely distorted"
Wanna know 'bout the drama at the Colorado state capitol? You guessed it! Our boy, President Donald Trump, ain't too pleased with a painting of himself there.
According to the grump, the portrait's "deliberately distorted" to a magnitude he's yet to see, while ex-President Barack Obama in another painting nearby looks "wonderful." Agueing, "She must've lost her touch with age," Trump'd rather have no painting than this one, and he's planning to chat with Colorado Governor Jared Polis to ensure its removal.
You see, folks in Colorado are riled up about it too, with many complaining—and some even getting real mad. Of course, Trump hasn't hesitated to brand Gov. Polis, like he often does with his political foes, as a "radical leftist." He declared the Governor should feel ashamed!
Now, guess what? The local 9News quotes Polis's camp as saying they were "caught off guard" that Trump'd take interest in their Capitol art. They thanked the President for the interest and everyone else and showed commitment to enhancing the visitor experience in the capitol.
