Trump Confirms Epstein Recruited Employees from Mar-a-Lago

President Donald Trump has admitted that Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier who died by suicide in 2019, "stole" young female employees from his Mar-a-Lago club, including Virginia Giuffre.

In an interview, Trump said, "Yeah, he stole her," referring to Giuffre, and mentioned Epstein poaching workers from his Mar-a-Lago spa [1][2][3].

Virginia Giuffre, a prominent abuse survivor of Epstein, had employment records at Mar-a-Lago in 2000, according to Social Security records submitted in a defamation case. However, the exact dates and the length of her employment remain disputed [1]. After working there, she traveled extensively with Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, as confirmed by flight logs entered in court records [1].

Trump’s comments came after the White House previously stated Epstein was kicked out of Mar-a-Lago for being a "creep", which Trump partly aligned with by saying it was "sort of a little bit of the same thing" [1].

The "stealing" of employees was cited as a key reason for the falling out between Trump and Epstein years ago. Trump also claimed that some of the "stolen" employees worked in the Mar-a-Lago spa. He told Epstein to "stay the hell out of here" regarding Mar-a-Lago [1].

Trump's statement about Epstein comes as his administration seeks to change the subject from Epstein. However, it could increase scrutiny of his relationship with the disgraced financier.

Recently, Trump has faced growing pressure from within his MAGA base to release more files related to Epstein [4]. This latest admission adds a new dimension to the ongoing saga surrounding the former president's association with Epstein.

In the interview, President Donald Trump acknowledged that Jeffrey Epstein had "stolen" Virginia Giuffre, a Mar-a-Lago employee, which infuriated him and contributed to their falling out. This admission, amid growing pressure from his MAGA base for more transparency about his association with Epstein, could lead to increased scrutiny of their political and professional relationship.
