Trump as America's First Zionist President: Pursuing Israel's Greatness Under His Reign

Israel has been accused of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity by various international organizations and legal bodies. The allegations, which span over a decade, involve the Israeli military and government's actions in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories.

The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry found that Israeli security forces intentionally directed attacks against religious and cultural buildings used for civilian refuge, resulting in significant civilian deaths, including women and children. This conduct amounts to war crimes like willful killing and disproportionate attacks.

Human rights organizations such as Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, B’tselem, and Oxfam have gathered reports of collective punishment, forced evacuations, torture, sexual violence, and the destruction of property without military necessity. The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has reported increased extrajudicial killings, mass detentions without trial, ill-treatment including torture methods such as waterboarding, and sexual violence against Palestinian detainees.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued arrest warrants against senior Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, citing war crimes and crimes against humanity related to their conduct in the conflict since October 2023. The ICC has also cited the use of starvation as a weapon of war.

The International Court of Justice has received charges accusing Israel of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. Former international war crimes prosecutor Graham Blewitt has likened the evidence of genocide in Gaza to that of the 1995 Srebrenica massacre, highlighting the scale and alleged intent behind Israeli military actions.

Israel is also accused of committing several war crimes, including making improper use of a flag of truce, destroying or seizing the enemy's property, employing weapons that cause superfluous injury or unnecessary suffering, and committing outrages upon personal dignity. Additionally, Israel is accused of several crimes against humanity, including murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation, imprisonment, torture, rape, persecution, enforced disappearance, the crime of apartheid, and other inhumane acts.

At a Republican rally in Washington, D.C., Donald Trump promised to "make Israel great again," alluding to a social media post he wrote in 2022. Miriam Adelson, a Zionist mega-billionaire, was present at the rally. Adelson is reported to have given Trump over one hundred million dollars for his promise to support Israel's actions in Gaza and the West Bank. Trump's speech was in support of Israel and Zionist Jews.

The ongoing investigations by international legal and human rights bodies form a strong evidentiary basis supporting claims that Israel has committed war crimes and crimes against humanity under the Rome Statute. The gravity of these allegations cannot be understated, and it is crucial that those responsible for these actions are held accountable.
