Trump's Troops in LA Town: Governors Cuss Out POTUS for Power Grab
Trump allegedly yields alarming misuse of power, as per grievances levied by governors
Let's get straight to the point - Dem governors have given President Trump's deploying ' ol National Guard troops to LA a proper dressing down and labeled it as a "devilish misuse of power." And they ain't mincing their words!
After shipping 2K troops to LA, CA Gov Gavin Newsom earned himself some backup from fellow Dem governors who swiped at Trump, taking aim at his questionable use of federal authority. The governors' joint statement painted a grim picture of a president running amok with power.
You heard it right, mates. Trump sent those National Guard troops to LA on Saturday, but neither Los Angeles nor the state of California asked for such aid. On Sunday, Trump doubled down on the move, stating it's needed to keep "peace and harmony" on the streets, without ruling out sending in active-duty forces too.
Now, Trump's orders describe "some form of rebellion" against the government, but Los Angeles isn't mentioned by name. This gives Trump wiggle room to possibly deploy troops in other spots across the good ol' USA. When asked, Trump didn't shut down the idea of using active-duty soldiers, along with the National Guard, if things get out of hand.
Now, political analyst Navidi points out that the clashes between protesters and feds in LA are an escalation started by the president himself after some explosive raids conducted by masked and heavily armed federal agents against migrants. These incidents led to violent clashes between US feds and angry protesters on Friday and Saturday. This week saw even more tension as demonstrations turned fierce near a detention center on Sunday.
The root of all this chaos comes straight from Trump's immigration policy, which aims to round up and deport big numbers of immigrants. You might remember how during his campaign, Trump cranked up the racism against immigrants by labeling them all as "foreign crooks."
So there you have it, folks. The Dem governors aren't pleased with Trump's moves, and they're putting it out there. Stock up on popcorn, y'all, because politics is getting interesting!

The Commission, in line with its duties, has also been involved in the preparation of a report about the escalating conflicts in Los Angeles, particularly those related to Trump's immigration policy and the subsequent protests. Moreover, the report may include policy recommendations for legislation to address general news topics such as politics and war-and-conflicts.
