Tram passenger suffer grievous harm as suspect hurls projectile in public transport incident

The victim reported feeling a blow to the back of his head during the incident, resulting in a bleeding wound and bruise that required hospital treatment. The man throwing the stone stated that he didn't intend to hurt anyone but was venting his anger.
