Trailer for 'The Morning Show' Season 4: Jennifer Aniston encounters paint attacks while journalists devise plots, exercise censorship, and issue threats to one another
In the highly anticipated fourth season of "The Morning Show," premiering on September 17, viewers can expect a mix of familiar faces and new cast members, as well as a shift in the network's identity.
The network, now known as UBN after a merger in Season 3, sees Alex (Jennifer Aniston) taking centre stage at a press conference, discussing a different company and culture. Meanwhile, Bradley (Reese Witherspoon) expresses optimism about second chances and making things right in the new season.
Among the new cast members is Brodie, played by Boyd Holbrook, who makes a sarcastic comment as he approaches Alex. Elsewhere, Celine, a new exec played by Marion Cotillard, questions the illusion of a more functional news network.
Alex's ex, Paul (Jon Hamm), makes a surprise appearance, causing her to seem shocked. The two are later shown in an elevator together, slightly smiling at each other. The tension between Alex and Paul, as well as between Alex and Mia, played by Julianna Margulies, is palpable, with the two women engaging in a heated argument on set.
Stella, played by Greta Lee, comments on the need to push stories they care about, while Mia says people need to feel that UBN will have it first and will get it right. However, Stella's comment about rats in the basement, directed at Cory, suggests that not everything is running smoothly behind the scenes.
Bradley is working on a story that exposes wrongdoing at UBA, possibly involving environmental violations. This investigation leads to a dramatic moment, as FBI agents walk Bradley out of the network building.
The fourth season also sees Bradley and Cory forming a close bond, as they are shown holding each other and smiling on a rooftop. Cory's determination to uncover information about Stella is further highlighted when he is heard saying, "I need what you have on Stella."
In a surprising twist, Alex is shown having black paint thrown on her at a protest, which was a staged scene for the show. The search results do not specify the actress playing the FBI agent who accompanies Bradley out of the network building in the fourth season of "The Morning Show."
As the season progresses, Paul tells someone to "find out where the bodies are buried," adding to the growing sense of intrigue and suspense. Lights flicker and alarms beep as someone sprints through the building, leaving Alex to ask, "What's going on?"
With its star-studded cast, gripping storylines, and timely themes, the fourth season of "The Morning Show" promises to be a must-watch for fans of the series. Tune in on September 17 to catch all the drama and excitement unfold."
