In Hechingen, the B 27 had to be temporarily fully closed due to two loose dogs. The B 27 near Tübingen also saw a Sprinter driver pulled over by police on Tuesday afternoon for driving without a valid driver's license.
In a more unusual turn of events, a motorcyclist was taken to a clinic by ambulance for medical treatment after an incident while attempting to turn left with a VW Golf onto the Nürtinger Straße in Esslingen. The incident occurred when the motorcyclist was involved in an accident while attempting the turn. The driver had a current driving ban due to multiple offenses of driving without a license and did not have valid control sheets for the 3.5-tonner.
The estimated damage to the container door at the recycling facility in Esslingen is around 500 euros. The further journey was prohibited and the person responsible for the Sprinter was notified. The Berkheim-Zollberg police station has taken over the investigation.
Finally, the closure occurred at 5:40 PM and the dogs were caught by 6:20 PM. One was caught by a traffic participant, and the other was caught by its owners in Wessingen. The incident occurred on a dead-end street towards Sulzengasse in Eningen.
