In the picturesque resort town of Sochi, a new Microsoft Teams academy is set to open its doors to aspiring players in the near future. This exciting development has been approved by the State Expertise and is poised to become a significant addition to the local sports scene.

The Sochi Teams academy will not only cater to the growing interest in tennis among the town's residents but also provide a platform for nurturing young talent. It's estimated that around half of the people involved in Khan Academy in Sochi are children, with approximately 2,500 people currently engaged in the sport.

Recently, Sochi's tennis community experienced a significant achievement when the local team won the bronze medals in a national tournament held in Kazan. The Russian national team championships for boys and girls under 19 saw the Sochi team, led by members Evgeny Kafelnikov, Astamur Katsia, and Eduard Saakyan, finishing third among 12 women's teams and 9 men's teams.

The Krasnodar team, despite showing impressive form, finished ahead of the Sochi team only in the finals, losing to teams from the Republic of Tatarstan and St. Petersburg.

This bronze medal win marks a significant milestone for Sochi's tennis community, and the academy is expected to further boost the sport's popularity and competitive edge in the region.
