Top Electricians Compete in Nizhny Novgorod Skills Showdown
On October 23, 2025, the final round of the Professional Skills Competition for residential and utility electricians will take place in Nizhny Novgorod Region. Twenty-five specialists will compete in a two-stage challenge, aiming to become the best in their field.
The competition is organized by the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Ministry of Energy and Housing and Utilities, the regional branch of the Life Support Workers’ Union, and the Employers’ Association of Housing and Utilities Enterprises in Nizhny Novgorod Region. Finalists will face a written test and a practical task involving maintenance and fault identification.
Vladislav Supernak, First Deputy Minister of Energy and Housing and Utilities for Nizhny Novgorod Region, will lead the judging panel. The participant with the highest score will receive an honorary certificate and a cash prize. Additionally, the best young worker under 35 who is a member of the Life Support Workers’ Union will receive a special award and a certificate.
The competition aims to showcase the skills and talents of young electricians in the region, promoting excellence in the field. The event is expected to attract top professionals, fostering growth and development in the industry.
