Toni Kroos-Signed Table Football Fetches €5,362 for Greifswald Youth Sports

A table football signed by Toni Kroos fetched a high price at an auction in Greifswald, with proceeds benefiting local children and youth football. The event, held on August 25, 2025, saw the item sell for 5,362 €, much to the satisfaction of Mayor Dr. Stefan Fassbinder.

The auction was part of a festive event at the Volksstadion, where Toni Kroos himself entered his name in the Golden Book of the city. The table football, previously owned by the German national women's football team, was won by the Hotel Seebruecke in Lubmin. Heidi Moritz, senior manager of the hotel, has a personal connection to the Kroos family, having known them since their childhood. In fact, the family celebrated Toni Kroos' grandfather's 90th birthday at the hotel.

Earlier this year, on July 18, 2025, Toni Kroos was honoured with the Order of Merit of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Greifswald. The proceeds from the auction will go to the city sports association to support children and youth football in Greifswald. The table football will be handed over by Mayor Dr. Stefan Fassbinder in September.
