The Missouri Gaming Commission will review operator applications during public meetings on September 23-24. Temporary licenses are expected to be issued to operators on October 22, giving them six weeks to prepare for the December 1 launch. Customer sign-ups and deposits will begin on November 17, followed by the first legal wagers at midnight on December 1.
Operators must submit detailed house rules and internal control systems by September 26. Revenue from sports wagering in Missouri will be taxed at 10%.
