Agreements were signed for cooperation in freight transport and road transport between the two countries' transport ministries.
A cooperation pact was signed between the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) and Kazakhstan’s KazMunayGas, aiming to expand Kazakh oil exports and reinforce energy ties, reflecting Kazakhstan’s vital role in the global oil trade.
Both presidents exchanged views on global conflicts, expressing support for diplomatic conflict resolution. Kazakhstan praised Turkey's mediating role in the Russia-Ukraine conflict while supporting the territorial integrity of both countries. They reiterated their commitment to multilateralism and cooperation within the Organization of Turkic States.
Numerous agreements and legal documents were signed during the visit to consolidate the strategic partnership's legal base and further deepen bilateral relations. The visit also underscored the shared cultural roots and historical ties between the two nations, with Turkey having been the first country to recognize Kazakhstan’s independence in 1991.
The July 29 visit reinforced an enhanced strategic partnership spanning trade, technology, energy, transport, and diplomacy, with a particular focus on advancing mutual investments and developing a key Eurasian transport corridor that is crucial for regional integration and global connectivity.
