John Crawley, a popular TikTok star and social media influencer, has tragically passed away at the age of 47. The news of his death was confirmed by his friend and former podcast co-host, Anthony Caruso, who set up a GoFundMe to help cover Crawley's medical and funeral expenses.
Crawley, who was known for his fluffy beard and comedic reactions to people eating food, had a following of over 3.5 million across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. His TikTok videos were a source of solace and laughter during difficult times, bringing laughter and relief to people from all walks of life.
According to his obituary, Crawley died on August 18 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Miss., after a battle with severe breathing difficulties. He had been hospitalized for at least two weeks prior, during which he was placed on a ventilator and admitted to the ICU. A chest tube was inserted as his respiratory condition worsened. The specific cause of his death was not disclosed in the article.
