Tiger Woods' former flame, Erica Herman, backs down on appeal, rejects sexual misconduct accusations

In a lawsuit submitted in May, Woods is accused of having an affair with Herman while working at his Jupiter, Florida restaurant, The Woods, and then compelling her to sign a non-disclosure agreement, threatening termination otherwise.

Back in May, Herman's attorneys stated in court documents: "A boss who imposes different work conditions based on their or her sexual relationship is engaging in sexual harassment."

According to recently obtained court documents from Florida's 4th District Court, dated November 10 and obtained by CNN, Herman filed a formal notice to dismiss her appeal aiming to revoke the non-disclosure agreement she believed to be "required for a confidential resolution of all disputes between her and Tiger Woods."

"In her appeal against her termination, Erica Herman declared that she has never been a victim of sexual harassment or sexual misconduct by Tiger Woods or any of his agents," reads CNN's reporting.

CNN reached out to Woods' agents and legal representatives for comment, as well as Herman's.

In July, Herman dropped a separate lawsuit filed in October 2022, alleging the trust in possession of the 47-year-old golfer had breached a verbal rental agreement, violated Florida's Residential Landlord-Tenant Act, and sought damages in excess of $30 million. According to court documents and earlier CNN reports.

However, the provided sources do not provide specific details about these accusations. Erica Herman's lawsuits revolve around an "oral agreement" concerning their living arrangements, but no details about the nature of the disputes or specific allegations of sexual misconduct are provided[1][2].

It's worth noting Erica Herman had previously sued Tiger Woods in 2023 for around $30 million, stating that he had breached an oral agreement regarding their living arrangements.
