The latest information suggests that the man involved in the crash allegedly killed his partner during the dispute and intentionally caused the accident. The tragic event has taken the lives of the man, his partner, and their infant child, while a toddler and another driver were severely injured.
The man, a 37-year-old who was not known to the police, is described as having exhibited controlling and violent traits before the incident.
