Three events featuring Channel Aid, featuring acts like Montez and Garvey, take place in Hamburg
In October 2025, the historic Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg will play host to the Channel Aid concert series "Live in Concert". Over three nights, audiences can expect performances from well-known artists, with Rea Garvey and Montez already confirmed, and a surprise act yet to be announced.
On October 21, Rea Garvey will take the stage, performing with the 65-piece Lufthansa Orchestra and the 40-voice choir Hamburg Voices. This will mark Rea's first orchestral show in 25 years, making it a highly anticipated event. Rea Garvey is a noted member of the jury on The Voice and the founder of a charity foundation.
The following night, on October 22, the identity of the performer is yet to be revealed. Details about this show are still pending and will be revealed soon.
On October 23, Montez, a major star among Generation Z in Germany, will perform. Fans have long demanded orchestral accompaniment, and this will be the first time Montez delivers such a performance.
Each night is a "One Night Only" event with orchestral support, offering a unique experience for concertgoers.
Tickets for the concerts will go on sale in the following week. Mastercard has announced that they will donate an amount equivalent to the tickets purchased using their credit card. The live-streamed concerts will support social projects for children and people with disabilities in Hamm. Profits from the concerts will also be donated to several charitable organizations.
The Channel Aid concert series has been taking place since 2018, with previous main acts including Rita Ora, Bastille, Cro, and Wincent Weiss. The series originally scheduled to feature Ayliva in January, but the concert at the exhibition halls was canceled.
The "Live in Concert" series has moved to the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg, offering a new and exclusive setting for the events after previous events at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
Stay tuned for more updates on the Channel Aid Live in Concert 2025 in Hamburg. The surprise act for October 22 is sure to be a thrilling addition to an already exciting lineup.
