Three Days, One Celebration: Google Search Day, Makeup Day, and the Mystery of the Day of Colorful Bouquets
Today marks a trio of unique celebrations: Google Search Day, Makeup Day, and an unconfirmed event, the Day of Colorful Bouquets. While the first two are well-established, the latter's existence is unclear in German-speaking regions as of October 2025.
Google Search Day commemorates the creation of the Google search system by Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Meanwhile, Makeup Day encourages individuality and experimentation with makeup, initiated by makeup artist James Charles. The Day of Colorful Bouquets, however, is a celebration of autumn with bright flowers and other natural elements, aiming to lift the mood and combat autumn blues. Despite its cheerful intent, there is no official recognition or evidence of this holiday in Germany.
