JBL VTX A Series Delivers Impressive Audio Performance at PDX Crusade

The PDX Crusade, held at the Moda Center in Portland, featured an audio setup that was the talk of the town. The setup, provided by JBL Professional in collaboration with Spectrum Sound and Athey Creek Church, showcased the JBL VTX A Series system.

Front-of-house engineers for various performing artists, including Bobby George for Spectrum Sound, Chris Tomlin's Stephen Bailey, Anne Wilson's Aaron Padilla, and Shea Taylor for Zach Williams, all praised the system for its balance, clarity, and powerful low-end performance throughout the weekend.

One of the key factors that stood out was the system's non-fatiguing high-frequency output. This feature allowed engineers to run higher levels without causing listener fatigue, a crucial aspect in maintaining the energy and engagement of the audience.

Shea Taylor, front-of-house engineer for Zach Williams, commended the JBL VTX A12/B28 line for its remarkably well-balanced system and smooth, non-fatiguing high-frequency output. Taylor also observed that JBL is clearly listening and making ongoing improvements to its Venue Synthesis software, making the platform increasingly compelling.

Taylor wasn't the only one impressed by the system. Chris Tomlin's front-of-house engineer, Stephen Bailey, noted the system's smooth, non-fatiguing high-frequency output, allowing for higher overall levels without listener fatigue. Aaron Padilla, Anne Wilson's front-of-house engineer, appreciated the precision and impact provided by the VTX A12 and B28 combination for the worship event.

Bobby George, business director at Spectrum Sound, duplicated the touring equipment of the performing artists for a custom audio experience, and the JBL system proved to be a perfect fit. The system's ability to deliver high-quality performance in a worship event of significant scale was also appreciated.

In conclusion, the PDX Crusade was a testament to the JBL VTX A Series system's capabilities. With its balance, clarity, powerful low-end performance, and non-fatiguing high-frequency output, the system proved to be a reliable choice for large-scale events, making it a competitive option in the audio industry.
