This culinary masterpiece took Emma over a week to craft and, now, sees King Charles strutting his sugary stuff in his regal attire. The grand unveiling is set to take place at "Cake International" (November 3 to 5) at the National Exhibition Center (NEC) in Birmingham, where baking pros and royal enthusiasts will be thrilled.

The sheer level of detail struck us all. Emma explains, "His face is sculpted from white modeling chocolate. The eyebrows are wheat, painstakingly dyed and individually attached."

The king's bust and crown demand special attention, with a decadent combination of rice crispies, marshmallows, and sugar paste. Crystallized sugar brings his regal jewels to life, adding an extra touch of charm.

The cake artist confessed her elaborate process to the Scottish Daily Express, detailing how she sculpted the molds from polystyrene, adhering baking material (roughly equivalent to six wedding cakes), and taking care to avoid transportation issues and waste.

You won't believe what she revealed about the cake's most challenging part–the eyes! Fully-edible, lifelike googly eyes were meticulously crafted from modeling paste and piping gel, carefully air-dried for their glassy finish.

Emma aimed to keep the cake as authentic as possible, visiting several sources to accurately capture King Charles' likeness, even sending him a personal invitation to admire her masterpiece.
