Joining the aviation world with a distinctive twist, Beond Airline took flight from Munich, Germany on a momentous occasion. This new entity in the sky boasts an exclusive fleet of planes that cater solely to business class passengers, furnished with plush white leather seats that transform into beds, reminiscent of private jet interiors.

Setting foot on this luxurious vessel, one is greeted by an expansive sense of roominess, both visually and physically. However, taller individuals may find their limits when attempting to stretch out in the oversized seating.
At present, the airline boasts a modest workforce of 150 employees and a single aircraft in its fleet - an A319, which serves routes from Zurich and Munich to the alluring Maldives. But according to co-founder and CCO Sascha Feuerherd, who brings a wealth of experience gained from years at Lufthansa, future plans include expanding the fleet to a grand total of 32 aircraft.
A Golden Ticket to Paradise
Price-wise, Feuerherd offers special deals for passengers taking off from Munich, with business flights to the Maldives starting at an appealing 1500 euros, available until mid-December.
Savoring the ample space, Beond Airline's passenger George delighted in the experience during the inaugural flight from Munich. The journey featured a refueling stop in Dubai, allowing jetsetters to make the most of their time onboard before resuming the flight.
Promises of Futurity
As for future developments, Milan will soon be introduced as a destination for the luxury airline, with flights set for 2024. The airline also prepares to connect Dubai and the Maldives via new, direct flights, while Milan-Malpensa to Velana International Airport in the Maldives is in the plans as well.
Lufthansa's expertise in the field served as an influential force behind Feuerherd's venture in establishing Beond Airline, and demonstrated the potential for crafting a flourishing niche market in the competitive aviation sector.
