Thieves Committing Bicycle Theft: Pedelecs Targeted
In the quiet residential area of Faulmert Street, a burglary took place during the early hours of the morning on the 1st of September. Unidentified individuals forced open the cellar door of a single-family home between 10 PM on the 31st of August and 7:30 AM the next day.
The thieves made off with several items, including a car key, shoes, a Pedelec, and a wallet. The Pedelec, a "Cube Hybrid Pro One 500" model, is a product of the manufacturer "Cube". The stolen car key was used to gain access to a car parked in the driveway of the property.
The stolen car, whose license plate number is yet to be disclosed, was used to take the wallet from the vehicle. The wallet, of an unspecified colour, was found inside the car parked in the driveway. No additional items related to the burglars were found in the car.
