In the heart of the 19th microdistrict of a city, a unique residence known as the "Doctors' House" has become a source of concern for its residents. Among them are Gulnaz Gainullina, a mother of two, and Nurbek Askarov, both of whom have worked in their respective fields for over two decades.

Gulnaz, an actress, and Nurbek, a theatre employee, are among the four families who were handed the keys to the "Doctors' House" by the former regional akim in 2010. However, recent developments have cast a shadow over their future in this home.

Gulnaz shared her fears, stating that if they don't regain possession of their house, they may be forced to quit their jobs due to the inability to afford rental housing. Nurbek, too, expressed similar concerns, adding that they saw the akim a year ago and were promised a swap of apartments, but progress has been slow.

Their demands are straightforward: either to be provided with other apartments or to be allowed to privatize their current one. If they secure another apartment, Nurbek assured that they would vacate the "Doctors' House."

The Culture Department, led by Dosbol Abdrisov, is currently engaged in discussions to resolve the issue of departmental apartments with the support of the akimat. Abdrisov believes that the issue will be resolved within a year.

However, the regional Health Department has remained silent on the scandalous situation regarding the "Doctors' House." The salaries for artists, even those with a decade of experience, are not sufficient to cover the costs of renting an apartment, let alone securing a mortgage.

The news of this housing predicament was reported by Ramina Mirzaalieva, Diana Yesim, and Azamat Elubayev on channel "Almaty." Despite extensive searches, no current or verified explanation for the potential eviction of the Kazakh Musical-Dramatic Theater's staff in Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan, or related housing issues could be found.

As the situation unfolds, the residents of the "Doctors' House" continue to hope for a resolution that allows them to remain in their homes and pursue their passions without the added stress of housing insecurity.

Gulnaz and Nurbek, both residents of the "Doctors' House", are faced with the possibility of being evicted from their home due to policy-and-legislation complexities involving their current residence. Their concerns are rooted in the politics surrounding the allocation of apartments, as they can't afford rental housing if forced to leave the "Doctors' House". The general news media, including Ramina Mirzaalieva, Diana Yesim, and Azamat Elubayev, have reported on this housing predicament, but more clarity is needed on the eviction of the Kazakh Musical-Dramatic Theater's staff in Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan.
