Exciting events are on the horizon in Katernberg, offering a diverse range of genres, themes, and experiences. Here's a rundown of some of the upcoming events:
- September 8th: Historical Crime Case with a Reality Connection Stefan Barz will present an intriguing historical crime case at the day care center Meronow (Am Elisabethheim 4).
- September 10th: Tips for Poisoners Brigitte Lamberts and Sibyl Quinke will share their knowledge on poisoning techniques at the Auferstehungskirche (Bergischer Ring 31) from 7 pm.
- September 11th: Stories about "People like you and me" Marina Jenkner and Jürgen Kasten will captivate audiences with their stories at the clubhouse Am Pfaffenhaus (Hainstraße 179) from 7 pm.
- August 22nd: Murderous Short Stories and Criminal Songs Sascha Gutzeit will perform a programme of murderous short stories and criminal songs at Gesamtschule Nord.
- August 23rd: Autobiographical Notes Christiane Gibiec and Falk Andreas Funke will read under the theme "Autobiographical Notes" at the "Bewusst Leben" clubhouse.

- Last Reading of "Murder is when you still laugh" The last reading of the series "Murder is when you still laugh" with Dirk Osygus and Daniela Schwaner from the Bergisches Crime Cartel will take place at the Grundschule Kruppstraße 139.
Remember, admission to all events is free, but donations are collected for authors. The newly designed photo calendar "Our beautiful Katernberg" by the Ideenschmiede Katernberg / Bürgerverein Eckbusch-Katernberg can be purchased at every reading for 13.50 euros. Wine and snacks are available during breaks at each event.
