The Women's Open of AIG 2025: Comprehensive Participants and the Methods of Their Qualification for Royal Porthcawl
The 2025 AIG Women's Open is set to be a grand spectacle, with a diverse and competitive field of 145 golfers from around the world set to compete at Royal Porthcawl in South Wales from July 30 to August 3.

Allisen Corpuz is a winner of the US Women's Open, while In Geun Chun is a winner of the KPMG Women's PGA Championship.
The tournament is the final Major of the year and Royal Porthcawl has a rich history of hosting prestigious golf events. It has previously hosted The Amateur Championship, three Senior Opens, one Walker Cup, one Curtis Cup, and will be hosting the AIG Women's Open for the first time since 1976.
The AIG Women's Open 2024 Top-10 includes Casandra Alexander, Pajaree Anannarukarn, Linn Grant, Jinhee Im, Akie Iwai, Nelly Korda, Nanna Koerstz Madsen, Alexa Pano, Mao Saigo, Lottie Woad, Angel Yin, Ruoning Yin. With such a strong field, the tournament is sure to be a thrilling event.
Lottie Woad, the 2024 Augusta National Women's Amateur champion, is attracting hopes for her performance in the tournament. Other amateurs in the field include Paula Martin Sampedro, who is the 2025 Women's Amateur Champion, and Jeneath Wong, who is the 2025 Women's Amateur Asia-Pacific Champion.
