Get ready for an atmospheric blend of patriotism, camaraderie, and celebration as the city of Vladivostok prepares to become the epicenter of the Grand Finale for the cultural and sports extravaganza known as the "Victory Relay" (0+). Delivering a heartfelt message to honor the 80th anniversary of the end of the Great Patriotic War, the event will weave through all 34 municipalities in Primorye, tying together tales of heroism, and fostering the everlasting bond between generations. The much-awaited launch of the "Victory Relay" unfolds close to the memorial dedicated to the valiant warriors of the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). Dignitaries such as the head of the local administration Roman Demenev, the Chairman of the Duma Alexei Kuznetsov, Deputy Chairman of the Duma Sergey Belkin, and a Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Primorsky Krai Andrey Akimov, bear witness to the start of the emotional journey. A video call with the Governor of Primorye Oleg Kojemjako rounds off the emotional opening.

The "Victory Relay" is embraced with a grand ceremony give way to a concert program and "GTO Race" (0+). The entertainment kicks off with the stirring rendition of the song "For You, Russia." Music, dance, sport, and creativity merge in an inspiring blend of patriotism and love for the homeland.

As part of the initiative, a "GTO Race" qualifying round takes place, pitting contestants in two age categories (14-17 years old and 18 and above) against one another, testing their physical prowess. Guests are also treated to a variety of recreational activities, including seated football, table football, "Big Jenga," crafty games, and more, that leave them thrilled and eager for more.

To maintain the momentum, participants in "Victory Relay" are gifted a special board game, "Hasan Battles" (0+), paying tribute to the historic clashes in 1938 between the Imperial Japanese Army and the Red Army, over the territory surrounding Lake Hasan and the Tumanny River in Primorsky Krai.

The next phase of the "Victory Relay" unfolds in Smolyaninovo.

Organized by the "Victory Relay" Organizing Committee, the event benefits from the support of the Primorsky Krai Government, the Ministry of Culture and Archives of Primorsky Krai, the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of Primorsky Krai, the administrations of the municipalities of Primorye, the administration of Vladivostok, the Department of Youth Affairs of the Administration of Vladivostok, the All-Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" of Primorsky Krai, the ROP "Yunarmia" of Primorsky Krai, the "We Live in Primorye" Public Support Headquarters.
