The Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve has announced the list of candidates who have advanced to the third stage of the selection process, titled "Solving Situational Tasks." This stage, scheduled for August 16, 2025, aims to assess the candidates' ability to make managerial decisions within practical cases relevant to the specifics of state service.

In the second block of testing, "Assessment of the ability to work with numerical information," held on August 9-10, 2025, 2,597 eligible candidates participated. The proctoring system will be used in the "Solving Situational Tasks" stage to ensure transparency.

The passing scores for each sectoral direction in the third stage ("Situational Task Solving") are as follows:

  • Agro-industrial complex and environmental protection: 13 points
  • Foreign policy and investment: 16 points
  • Infrastructure development, industry, and trade policy: 20 points
  • Social policy, civil society: 18 points
  • Digitalization: 18 points
  • Economic and financial policy: 18 points

Only the top 683 candidates who demonstrated the best results have been admitted to this stage. To participate, all candidates must register in their personal cabinets by 23:59 on August 15, 2025 (Astana time). Violating the established requirements during the "Solving Situational Tasks" stage may result in the nullification of results.

Candidates are reminded that the use of outside help, remote access programs, turning off the camera/microphone, using smartphones, headphones, and other electronic devices, or copying assignments is prohibited during the "Solving Situational Tasks" stage.
