Every year, the Geissens famously unwind during the festive season, cherishing simple traditions like cooking together and escaping the bustle. But, as reality TV icons Carmen, Robert, Davina, and Shania, they throw a curveball this year – a playful, provocative one, actually.
Carmen's Instagram share sparked quite a stir. Dressed in color-coordinated outfits - red and black checked trousers, gray long-sleeved tops, and festive headbands - the Geissens embraced a peculiar tradition. However, Carmen's featured snapshot from their family gathering made waves, revealing an unexpected, raunchy twist.
On the surface, it appears to be a wholesome family photo, adorned with Christmas cheer. Yet, a closer look reveals a surprising amount of bare skin, shattering expectations. Robert - the 59-year-old patriarch of the Geissens – showcases his partially bare backside, with a clothing brand sticker in evident placement. On the other hand, daughters Shania and Davina subtly display their black underwear, whereas Carmen unveils her elaborate tattoo.
Those familiar with Stern magazine's segment on fruit emojis, published in July 2022, will appreciate the symbolic meaning behind Carmen's chosen emojis. A peach represents love, sex, and tenderness, subtly hinting at the family's unconventional photo.
Their "Christmas house," as Robert recently referred to their luxury French Alp villa in the German newspaper Bunten, has housed the same Christmas tree for at least five years. This lavish property, however, transforms into a lively scene during the Christmas season, filled with laughter and food prepared for an entire week. This long-standing tradition just might be a topic in the upcoming 22nd season of the Geissens' series "Die Geissens - eine schrecklich glamouröse Familie," launching on RTLZwei on January 8, 2024.
