The Ant Hill Dominates The Uprising in Prime Time Access
The TV showdown between 'The Ant Hill' and 'The Uprising' has been heating up in recent weeks. The season opened with a bang for 'The Ant Hill', while 'The Uprising' has been struggling to keep up.
On the first day of the season, 'The Ant Hill' attracted a massive audience of 2,347,000 viewers, securing a 21.1% share. This impressive start was a stark contrast to 'The Uprising', which had previously beaten 'The Ant Hill' in October 2023 but now finds itself trailing.
The tension in 'prime time access' has been palpable. 'The Uprising' hit a record low on September 25, with only 11% and 1,291,000 viewers, while 'The Ant Hill' maintained a strong 14.5% and 1,707,000 viewers on the same night. Since then, 'The Uprising' has continued to lose steam, while 'The Ant Hill' has widened its advantage, defeating its opponent every day in September.
Even on its weakest days, 'The Ant Hill' maintains better records. Its lowest rating in September was 13.8% with 1,567,000 viewers. Meanwhile, 'The Uprising' peaked at 16.1% and 1,852,000 viewers in its first two programs but still couldn't beat 'The Ant Hill'. The contrast between the two formats in September is clear: 'The Ant Hill' is strengthening while 'The Uprising' is deflating.
In the second season, 'The Ant Hill' continues its dominance, beating 'The Uprising' by almost three points. With a rating of 15.8% and 1,801,000 viewers, 'The Ant Hill' maintains its position as the show to beat in 'prime time access'.
