How the third season of 'The 50' will be - 'The 50' Season 3 Trailer Drops: Bigger Challenges, Real Injuries and €50K Drama
Prime Video has unveiled the official trailer for The 50 Season 3. The reality competition returns with 50 celebrities battling in daily challenges for a €50,000 prize. This time, the show promises even higher stakes, real injuries, and explosive confrontations.
At least two familiar faces from German reality TV—Sarah Knappik (Germany's Next Topmodel) and Narumol David (Farmer Wants a Wife)—are among the contestants. The full participant list remains unconfirmed, but the mix includes veterans like Martin Semmelrogge and Mario Basler alongside newcomers such as Claudia Obert.
The show's format stays unchanged: 50 stars compete in physical and mental games, with winners deciding who leaves. Strategic alliances and betrayals are expected, as seen in past seasons. Previous champions, Paco Herb and Raffa Plastic, took home the jackpot for their followers—this year's victor will do the same.
The trailer hints at intense drama. Maurice Dziwak and Umut Tekin clash in a heated argument, while Marlisa Rudzio and Chris Töpperwien also face off. Physical risks are real, with one contestant shown bleeding from a leg injury.
Romantic entanglements add to the tension. Fabio De Pasquale is seen kissing Sam Dylan, which could spark conflict with Dylan's boyfriend, Rafi Rachek.
Viewers can stream the first three episodes on March 9. New batches follow weekly, with releases on March 16, 24, and 30, and a finale on April 6.
Season 3 of The 50 raises the bar with more extreme challenges and personal rivalries. The €50,000 prize will go to a follower of the winning contestant, as in previous years. With a mix of reality TV veterans and fresh faces, the show promises drama, strategy, and high-energy competition.
