Chaiseri Co. Strengthens Global Presence in Armored Vehicle Market

Chaiseri Co., a Thai defense manufacturer, continues to make waves in the international armored vehicle market with its flagship product, the First Win 4x4 armored tactical vehicle (ATV). The company's vehicles meet NATO STANAG 4569 Level 2 protection standards and are equipped with high-performance engines, capable of safely transporting up to 11 personnel [1].

Recently, a joint venture between the Defence Technology Institute and Chaiseri delivered ten new First Win 4x4 vehicles to Bhutan for peacekeeping operations. This follows an earlier delivery of 45 units in 2021, accompanied by training programs [1]. The latest batch of ten vehicles will be deployed for peacekeeping operations in the Central African Republic.

Nopparat Kulhirun, also known as "Madam Tank", is the owner of Chaiseri Co. Her success in international trade is largely attributed to her ability to "read people" [2]. Under her leadership, Chaiseri has expanded its client base to 46 armies across the globe. The company's international sales plans include a significant order from the Philippine military, which plans to purchase up to 900 vehicles, starting with an initial batch of 200 [1].

Domestically, the Royal Thai Armed Forces recently procured additional wheeled armored vehicles and ambulances from Chaiseri in 2025, demonstrating ongoing production and adoption by the Thai military [2]. Chaiseri has also supplied vehicles to domestic entities such as the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC), the Royal Thai Navy, and the Border Patrol Police.

Chaiseri's vehicles are known for their multi-terrain suitability and customized armor features. The company has contributed to national security with innovations such as track connectors, vehicle repair services for the army, and the design of the First Win 4x4 armored vehicle and the 8x8 amphibious armored vehicle.

Looking ahead, Chaiseri's future plans include continued expansion of exports and production to fulfill large international orders and possibly develop new armored variants. For instance, videos from 2025 suggest the development of missile-equipped vehicles, indicating ongoing innovation [1][2][4].

With its robust, customizable vehicles and expanding international presence, Chaiseri is positioning itself as a significant player in the armored vehicle market, not just in ASEAN, but beyond.
