Tennis star Novak Djokovic clinched his career milestone 100th title in the professional circuit.

Serbian tennis sensation Novak Djokovic clinched the ATP-250 tournament in Geneva, played on clay in May 2025. This victory marked his 100th career singles title, making him the third man in the Open Era to achieve this distinction, joining Jimmy Connors and Roger Federer. Djokovic emerged triumphant in the final against Hubert Hurkacz, fought back from a set deficit, and overcame numerous challenges during the closely contested match.

The Geneva Open win underscored Djokovic's versatility and adaptability on various tennis courts worldwide, as it expanded his title wins to 29 different cities. This achievement revealed his ability to claim victories in diverse locations.

Continuing his impressive run in the tournament, Djokovic broke the record of winning titles in 20 different seasons, a feat previously held by Rafael Nadal. The Serbian player holds an impressive record of 72 Big Titles, including 24 majors, 40 Masters, seven year-end championships, and an Olympic medal. In 2025, he also surpassed Nadal's record by achieving his 411th career main draw win at Masters 1000 level.

Djokovic's season has been a mix of success and setbacks, with early exits in tournaments such as the Brisbane International and Doha. However, he bounced back at the Miami Open by equaling and then surpassing Nadal's record for Masters 1000-level wins. His latest triumph in Geneva further solidifies his prominence in tennis.

After his win, Djokovic headed to Paris to participate in the French Open, where he aims to win his fourth Roland Garros crown and continue his pursuit of a record-breaking 25th major title. With his exceptional performance at the Geneva Open, Novak Djokovic continues to dominate the tennis scene.

Bookmakers would likely favor Djokovic to clinch more tennis titles, given his impressive win at the Geneva Open on sports courts like clay. His versatility and adaptability on diverse surfaces, demonstrated by his title wins in 29 different cities, could help him extend his record of 72 Big Titles, including 24 majors, 40 Masters, seven year-end championships, and an Olympic medal.
