Tennis players Alexandrov, Samsonov, and Andreeva progressed to the fourth round in Wimbledon.

In the ongoing Wimbledon tournament, two Russian tennis players, Ekaterina Alexandrova and Liudmila Samsonova, have advanced to the next round, adding to the excitement of the third Grand Slam event of the season.

Notably, only two former Grand Slam champions remain in the Round of 16: Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek. The tournament is set to crown a maiden Wimbledon women's singles champion, as defending champion Barbora Krejcikova and 2022 titlist Elena Rybakina have exited the tournament.

The Wimbledon tournament is held on grass courts at the All England Club, and the women's singles final will take place on July 12.
