Tennis Club Neutraubling Hosts Successful 40th District Championships
The 40th district tennis championships concluded last weekend on the courts of Tennis Club Neutraubling. Over 100 youngsters and adults participated in the traditional doubles competitions. The event was organized by Tobias Koch and Andrea Reinisch, co-chairmen of the club, along with Harald Bauer from SSV Köfering.
In the Mixed A category, Alina Knott and Lion Knott from TB/ASV Regenstauf emerged victorious. The Boys U15 title went to Arthur Piot and Christoph Senn from Alteglofsheim. Meanwhile, the Men's winners were Rupert Karl and Alexander Dachs from Neutraubling. The Ladies' champions were Alina Knott from TB/ASV Regenstauf and Stefanie Kusiek from Neutraubling.
The Boys U12 winners were Milan Laskaridis and Lasse Sievers from Rot-Blau Regensburg. In the Mixed 40 category, Laetitia Piot and Christophe Piot from Alteglofsheim took home the trophy.
The event was a success, with strong performances from players across various age groups and categories. The clubs responsible for organizing the Tennis District Championships 2025/26 have not been specified yet. Tobias Koch conveyed greetings and good wishes from Bavarian State Minister Tanja Schweiger, the tournament's patron.
