Teen Fleeing on Modified E-Scooter Causes Accident - Teen crashes modified electric scooter after high-speed police chase in Germany
A 16-year-old fled from police on a modified electric scooter in Sandhausen, Rhein-Neckar district. The chase ended when the teen crashed into a patrol car after reaching speeds of nearly 37 mph (60 km/h). The incident began when officers spotted the teen riding an uninsured electric scooter without a licence plate.
