19-Year-Old Shoots at Three Men with Air Pistol - Teen Arrested After Gas-Pistol Shooting at German Train Station
A 19-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly firing a gas-powered pistol at three young men in Ludwigsburg district. The confrontation began online before escalating into a violent encounter at Marbach am Neckar train station. Police launched a large-scale operation to apprehend the suspect.
The incident started when the 19-year-old sent abusive messages and threats to a 25-year-old man on an online platform. The two later agreed to meet at Marbach am Neckar train station, where the younger man arrived with an accomplice.
Once there, the suspect reportedly pulled out a gas-powered pistol and fired multiple times at the 25-year-old and two others. A 24-year-old man suffered minor injuries while fleeing the scene. Investigators later found the weapon, along with an empty metal ball-bearing magazine, at the location. Police deployed several patrol units and a helicopter to track down the suspect. During his arrest, a police dog bit and slightly injured him. Authorities later released the 19-year-old pending further investigation, though he remains under suspicion of aggravated assault.
The suspect has not been named by police. The investigation continues, with authorities examining the recovered weapon and evidence from the scene. The 24-year-old victim received treatment for minor injuries sustained during the incident.
