'Ted Lasso' returns for its fourth season, confirmed to be in production
Ready for a dash of excitement, folks? The vibes are electric, 'cause your beloved show, "Ted Lasso," is back on AppleTV+!
Spilling the beans, season 4 of this Emmy-winning comedy is set to drop, according to a juicy announcement made on Friday. The man behind the fantabulous Coach Lasso, Jason Sudeikis, will reprise his role, leaving his hearty laugh and wise words in Richmond once more.
Soaking up the atmosphere, Sudeikis shared a Lasso-esque statement on Friday: "In season four, the lovable gang at AFC Richmond learn to leap before they look, discovering that wherever they land, they've ended up exactly where they're meant to be."
Details about the full cast are still under wraps, with Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Phil Dunster, Jeremy Swift, and Nick Mohammed, among others, potentially joining the lineup again. However, AppleTV+ did drop a hint or two: Brendan Hunt and Brett Goldstein will be executive producers, and Goldstein will continue to pen the series. No word yet if the dynamic duo will also appear on screen as Beard and Roy Kent.
It's been nearly two years since the season 3 finale aired, leaving fans hanging on for more. But now, it's game on again!
