Taapsee Pannu has been supporting this project for over five years, sponsoring the education of 100 girls, providing them with essentials like books and pens, and inspiring them to pursue higher education and careers such as engineering.
During their visit to the Nanhi Kali girls after their marriage, the couple was greeted warmly by the women and younger girls. Taapsee Pannu, who affectionately referred to her supported girls as "Taapsee ke bacche," tied something in her dupatta during the visit. This special ritual was a touching gesture that marked their visit.

Taapsee Pannu even shared a video from the visit on social media, where she can be seen with a dupatta around her head sitting next to Mathias Boe, surrounded by the girls.
RJ Abhilash, who was glad that they were able to contribute to the vision of Nanhi Kali through the wedding, believes that nothing else would have matched up to this contribution. Taapsee Pannu captioned her post with "Pyaar , khushiyaan aur aashirwaad 🙏🏽♥️," which translates to "Love, happiness, and blessings."
Nanhi Kali offers holistic development, including mentorship, nutrition, digital literacy, and school supplies, aiming to empower girls from underserved communities. The project has supported over 870,000 girls since inception and aims to educate 1 million girls annually by 2026.
Taapsee Pannu's involvement in Nanhi Kali has motivated girls and their families to prioritize education and independence. Her personal victories, represented by the girls supported by Nanhi Kali, are celebrated as a testament to her commitment to education and women's empowerment.
