In an exciting development for UK synthpop fans, Magnetic Skies has announced a tour for November 2025. This marks the first live performance by the band since the release of their debut album "Empire Falling" in late 2023.

Founded in 2019 by Simon Kent and Jo Womar, Magnetic Skies initially started as a studio-based project. Their latest offering, the single "Back To Life", is now available on all major streaming platforms.

"Back To Life" blends nostalgic synth textures with modern darkwave elements, making for a captivating listen. The single follows the band's 2023 debut album "Empire Falling" and the Spring single "A Place on Earth."

Vocalist Simon Kent explains that the song's theme is about sensing chaos, feeling the void, and holding on to hope. He further elaborates, stating that "Back To Life" explores the tension between our deep, universal connection and the fragmentation we face in the modern world.

The tour includes shows in Birmingham, London, Southampton, and Glasgow. Magnetic Skies will perform at The Victoria, Birmingham on 5 November, Heartbreakers, Southampton on 12 November, The Grace, London on 6 November, and The Hug & Pint, Glasgow on 19 November.

As of now, there are no direct search results indicating the opening band or guests for the Magnetic Skies concert in Birmingham on November 5, 2025. None of the events in Birmingham on that date mention Magnetic Skies or their support acts.

Most of the production for "Empire Falling" was handled in-house by Kent, with additional mixing by Rob Aubrey. The band is looking forward to performing these new songs live for their fans.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to witness Magnetic Skies' electrifying live performance. Tickets for the UK tour are expected to go on sale soon. Stay tuned for more updates!
