The latest edition of the Suzuki Avenis, a 125cc scooter, has been unveiled, offering a motorcycle-inspired sporty design and practical urban conveniences. The new model boasts a digital instrument panel supporting smartphone connectivity (Ride Connect Edition) and a range of features designed for ease of use in city riding.

The Avenis is powered by a 124.3cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, producing approximately 8.5–8.7 bhp at 6,750 rpm and 10 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The engine complies with BS6 Phase-2 OBD-2B emission norms and incorporates Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology, optimizing the balance between fuel efficiency and power delivery.

The scooter's ergonomic design includes a long, sporty step seat for rider comfort and pillion support, sporty split grab rails, LED headlamp and tail lamps, and a sporty muffler cover. The Avenis' aggressive profile and sharp lines emphasize its modern urban appeal.

For improved ride quality and road stability, the Avenis uses a telescopic front suspension and large 12-inch front tyres. The scooter also includes a Combined Brake System (CBS) for enhanced braking stability, a side-stand interlock to prevent engine start if the stand is down, and bright LED lighting for better visibility.

The Avenis offers practical conveniences such as a front utility box with a USB charging point, an external fuel cap for easier refuelling, and a spacious 21.8-litre under-seat storage area. Additional convenience and security features include an engine start/stop switch with Suzuki Easy Start System, one-push central locking and shuttered key system, and a front rack for extra storage.

The new edition of the Avenis is available in multiple color options, including new dual-tone variants like Metallic Matte Platinum Silver paired with Glossy Sparkle Black, enhancing its street presence for urban riders. The Avenis joins a palette of contrasting colors including Glossy Sparkle Black with Pearl Glacier White, Pearl Mira Red, and a full black version.

Overall, the Suzuki Avenis blends a sporty, modern design with practical urban commuter features, reliable 125cc performance, and essential safety elements suited for city riding. This makes it an attractive option for younger commuters seeking a stylish and functional urban scooter.

The Suzuki Avenis, with its motorcycle-inspired sporty design, caters to sports enthusiasts who value style and performance in city riding. Its ergonomic design, complete with sporty split grab rails and LED headlamp, exudes an aggressive profile appealing to urban sports riders.
