Suspect in UNM shooting incident's mother contacted emergency services, claiming son was experiencing hallucinations
A distressing 911 call was made on July 25, 2023, at 12:51 a.m., by Tessa Cannon, the mother of 18-year-old John Fuentes. The call, received by Valencia County dispatchers, revealed her concern that John was on a building somewhere, experiencing hallucinations and struggling to breathe.
