The woman, 43 and primarily wheelchair-bound, couldn't swim and was justifiably tipsy—but not prepared for a dip in the chilly water below the Stubenrauch Bridge.
Unlucky for our suspect, the cops swooped in and plucked the hapless non-swimmer from her watery death trap. She clung desperate-like to a concrete ledge before a passing patrol boat rescued her, totally exhausted and shivering like a chill-induced rag doll.
